Apply for Finance with Quantum Credit - Credit Application

APPLY FOR FINANCE

1. To establish if your Credit Application meet the criteria for a short term business loan, complete the Quick Loan Enquiry Form or contact Quantum Credit on 1300 135 212.  Upon receipt of your enquiry and a preliminary assessment, Quantum Credit will provide you with a proposal containing indicative pricing for the short term business loan, subject to full assessment.
   
   
2. You  can proceed to full assessment right away by downloading the Credit Application and sending it to Quantum Credit’s assessments division on FAX NO: 08 9325 8211 or email a scanned copy to info@quantumcredit.com.au.
   
   
3. You will be required to provide the following documents with the Credit Application:

In respect of each borrower/guarantor in sections A and B:

• Most recent financial statements and/or tax returns (when available)
• Copy of trust deed (where applicable)
• 100 point Identification Form (download here)

In respect of the loan exit strategy in section C:

• Documents supporting the short term exit of Quantum Credit (copy of sale contract, refinance loan approval, other supporting documents) 

In respect of each security property in section D:

• Loan statements from all mortgagees for the past 6 months
• Loan offer letters or loan agreements
• Documents supporting valuation of security property

    4. In respect of individual borrowers that borrow for business purposes, a Loan Purpose Verification Form must be completed.

 (Note: In terms of the National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) Act, Quantum Credit cannot consider loan applications from individuals who require finance for their own purposes)
